Your personal identification for online purchases

Verified by Visa is an internationally recognized process that was developed especially for online payments using Visa cards.

Increasingly, when you use your Visa card to pay online you have to enter a code. An SMS is sent to you containing the valid code. You only need to register for this service once and there is no charge to you. No additional software needs to be installed.

Current clients can register using the client portal MyOnlineServices by entering their cell phone number in the “Cell phone number for online purchases (Verified by Visa)” field under “Profile”. If necessary, you can also change or delete your mobile telephone number here.

As of April 15, 2019, new clients will automatically be registered for Verified by Visa and do not have to take any steps themselves. The cell phone number provided in the card application will then be used automatically. If you would like to change or delete this number, you can do so under “Profile” at MyOnlineServices.
