Insurance
Our comprehensive shopping insurance makes your
shopping experience even more enjoyable. The
insurance offers greater security for online shopping,
deliveries, returns and disputes. Our shopping
insurance offers simple and speedy assistance if
over 50% of the purchase price was paid using your
Edelweiss card.
Shopping insurance:
- Main card CHF 1.50 per month (CHF 18 a year).
- Every additional card CHF 1 per month
(CHF 12 a year).
There is no need to fret with the new balance insurance. Any outstanding balance is covered immediately and without fuss if something unexpected happens.
Balance insurance:
- 0.49% of your monthly balance.
Our policy for protection against loss means that you will not lose any money if your Edelweiss card is stolen, lost or misused. We will cover all charges made to the main cardholder's account using the primary and additional cards from the time of the loss to the point at which you report the loss.
Protection against loss
- for primary and additional cards: CHF 1.50 per month (CHF 18 a year).
